Master Calendar

Things are always happening at Magic School! The School averages five live events a week, some weeks have even more!

That's why there is a MASTER CALENDAR for the school. It's the one place that all the dates for school events are always up-to-date and accurate.

You'll do yourself a favor by getting in the habit of checking the Master Calendar to find out when things are happening. 

Of course, there are other places events are listed, including: 

• Event cards for Live Courtyard meetups
• Event announcements sent via course portals
• Event links shared from the Community spaces
• Automated Going Live notifications from the community and the portals
• Email broadcasts with summaries of upcoming events

While you can look for these notifications for a heads up, they are snapshots of the Master Calendar on a particular date and time. 

Plus, because there are so many events, there's not time to send notifications for all of them in advance

If you want to make sure you don't miss anything, the MASTER CALENDAR is your friend!

And for keeping the most up to date on events, you can subscribe to the Master Calendar in your digital calendar app, and events will always populate on your calendar for you.

While you can add all these dates to your calendar by hand if you wish, we do strive to make it easy for you. So we've created a digital Master Magic School Calendar that you can add to your own calendar software.

If you would like to receive email reminder of events held in the Magic School Courtyard, you'll need to RSVP. 

Go to the Events tab on the Communities page. Then look for the event notices at the bottom of the page. 

If you want to RSVP for the event, click the Raised Hand at the bottom of the listing. If you have your account set up to receive notifications, you will receive emails reminding you of when the event begins. 

From here, you may also add specific events to your digitial calendar or even copy a link to the event. 

(Note, while you can share links, they will not open for those who do not already have access to the Magic School Courtyard.)

For live events held inside Course "Portals" (or Rooms), such as the Celestial Observatory (for the Hour Keepers) or the Arcane Atrium, there is a special announcements section for notifications about upcoming events.

Go to the Course Portal, then choose the Announcements tab to see all announcements. (Hint: The most recent will be at the top of the list.)
