We send out regular emails and anouncements so you have an additional heads up on upcoming celebrations, ceremonies and other events. But if you never receive emails, you are in the right place. Read on to figure out why

Not getting emails?

There are two common reasons why you may not receive Magic School emails...

Reason #1: You've unsubscribed from Magic School mailings

I totally understand this one! When your inbox is overflowing, it's easy to just unsubscribe from everything! But, if you unsubscribe from any Magic School email, you unsubscribe from all of them (I wish it weren't so, but it is until Kajabi changes their system)

So, if you want to receive course or membership emails again, you'll need to resubscribe. Just click here.

Reason #2: You have a spam filter blocking magic school messages

Some of you have a fierce dragon guarding your gates and our owls can't make it through😳

We send out lots of owls and for the most part, they get through. But if you are missing some, you should set up an "owl safe passage system" so our sweet little owls don't get firebombed at the gate.

You have full control over your own membership information. That means you can change your name, your avatar picture, your email address, and your credit card information. You can even cancel your membership, if you need to.

How to Access Your Membership Settings

1. Go to the Magic School library page at https://www.magicandmastery.com/library

2. Find your avatar (a picture if you added one, or your initials if you did not) in the top right hand corner.

3. Click the avatar to reveal the drop down menu, and select Settings (See image below!)

Our community circles -- the Courtyard and the Covenstead -- have their own settings menu. You can find it in the upper right hand corner of your community screen.

Click Settings on the drop-down menus to be taken to your notifications and profile setup. You can choose exactly what notifications you would like to receive from the community and whether you prefer notifications by email or push notifications to your devices.

We want to make sure you have the best experience possible. So if you have tech or billing issues, please reach out to us at owl@magicandmastery.com. Please DO NOT post billing questions to the Courtyard, or to disucssion threads beneath course images, because there is no guarantee we will see them. (And your questions don't get answered if no one can find them!)

And, if you have any other questions about your magical practice, or if something in a sessions triggers you, please reach out and we'll talk through it.
