Arcane Atrium Membership Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: Upon enrollment

By enrolling in the Arcane Atrium membership program offered by Magic & Mastery (“we,” “us,” or “the Company”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. This agreement protects the integrity of the program and outlines your rights and responsibilities as a participant.

1. Program Description

The Arcane Atrium is a monthly membership program that includes live guest interviews, access to replays and archives, and complimentary membership in the Magic School Courtyard community.

2. Payment & Cancellation

Membership is available as a monthly subscription ($17/month after a 30-day free trial) or an annual subscription ($170/year).

Payments renew automatically unless canceled. To cancel, email [email protected]. Access ends at cancellation. No refunds will be issued for partial months or unused time.

3. Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. Please use the 30-day free trial period to evaluate whether the program is a good fit for you.

4. Intellectual Property

All content provided in the program is the intellectual property of Magic & Mastery or its guest presenters. You are granted a single-user license for personal use only. You may not copy, distribute, share, or use the materials for commercial purposes without written permission.

5. Community Conduct

Participants are expected to treat each other with respect. Disruptive behavior or violations of community guidelines may result in immediate removal without refund.

6. Technology Notice

We are not liable for platform outages, technical difficulties, or service interruptions caused by third-party platforms or internet providers.

7. Media Release

By participating in live sessions or forums, you agree that your contributions (audio, video, text, or otherwise) may be recorded and used to improve future versions of the program or as promotional material. We will use this content with care and integrity.

8. No Guarantees

This is an educational program. Results are not guaranteed. Your outcomes depend on your own efforts, decisions, and circumstances. We are not liable for any actions you take based on the content of this program.

9. Legal Disputes

Any legal disputes must be resolved through arbitration in Indianapolis, Indiana. You waive your right to participate in any class-action claims.

10. Program Changes

We reserve the right to change, update, or discontinue parts of the program as needed. Notice will be provided for significant changes.
